Twenty-five alumni-led initiatives, projects, or organisations that reflect the diversity of our community - across cohorts, generations, backgrounds, locations, and industries - will be exhibited at the offline showcase.

Eligibility

The showcase is open to all alumni who meet the following requirements

Hold a graduate certificate, diploma, bachelor's, master's or PhD degree from RMIT University.
2
Lead a project, initiative, business, or organization through which they make a positive impact on the economy, industry, or community.
Participation in the showcase is completely free. Alumni do not need to pay any fees to submit an interest form or have their work featured.

Values

There are many ways in which a project or organisation can positively impact society. If your work meets at least one of the following values, you are welcome to submit an interest form for the online showcase.
Transformation
Recognises work that has significantly changed or improved an industry, community, or the economy, creating a positive impact by the time you express your interest.
Empowerment
Honours work that helps individuals, teams, or communities fulfill their potential, whether through education, support, or providing opportunities.
Inspiration
Shows the motivation and passion behind your work, the drive to create change, and the determination to push through challenges.
Creation
Highlights original work that stands out in any field—be it art & creativity, business, or technology that inspires people or an initial solution to meet people's needs.
Sustainability
Celebrates work that creates long-term benefits for the environment, society, or the economy, through sustainable and responsible decisions and solutions.

The Livebrary - RMIT Alumni Impact Showcase celebrates the 25th anniversary of RMIT University Vietnam by featuring inspiring and impactful journeys of alumni.

How will an interest form be selected?

An interest form will be selected to feature as long as alumni can highlight at least one of five values: Empowerment, Inspiration, Creation, Transformation, and Sustainability.

Is there a limit to how many projects will be featured online?

No, there is no limit to the number of eligible projects featured in the online showcase. As long as your initiative or project meet at least one of five impact values, it will be exhibited on the website.

How do I have my works featured in the online showcase?

Submit an interest form from 20 June to 20 July. The organizers will decide 25 representatives for the offline showcase to ensure the community’s diversity.

Who is eligible to participate in the showcase?

The showcase is open to all alumni who meet these following requirements:

What is the difference between the Online and Offline Showcase?

Online Showcase: Open to an unlimited number of alumni’s work that meet at least one our of five impact values.

Offline Showcase: 25 representatives will be selected from the online showcase by the organisers, ensuring a balanced representation of cohorts, generations, backgrounds, locations, and industries.

Can I submit more than one entry if I have multiple projects?

Yes, alumni may submit multiple entries, provided each entry meets at least one of the listed impact criteria.

Can I nominate non-alumni for the showcase?

No, the showcase is exclusively for RMIT alumni to participate.

Do I have to pay a fee to participate?

No, submitting the interest form and having your work featured in the showcase are completely free of charge.
