Bracom Agency is a branding consultancy founded by Ho Phuoc An (Andy), an RMIT alumnus and creative strategist with a passion for design and business innovation. More than a design studio, Bracom helps businesses define their identity, tell their story, and stand out through strategic, impactful branding. From logos and packaging to full identity systems, we serve clients across industries—F&B, healthcare, consumer goods—delivering authentic, visually compelling brand experiences tailored for Vietnam’s dynamic market.
I believe that a strong brand identity is not a luxury reserved for large corporations, it is a fundamental need for every organization striving to grow, connect, and create impact.
Our Mission and the Purpose Behind My Work: the mission that drives my work is simple yet profound: to empower businesses through meaningful design that communicates clearly, evokes emotion, and builds trust. I believe that a strong brand identity is not a luxury reserved for large corporations; it is a fundamental need for every organization striving to grow, connect, and create impact. Especially in a rapidly developing economy like Vietnam, where the entrepreneurial spirit is strong but branding often lacks clarity or coherence, I saw an opportunity to help businesses elevate their presence through strategic creative direction.
My decision to pursue this field stems from a lifelong curiosity about the relationship between visuals, behavior, and perception. Growing up, I was fascinated by how colors, shapes, and typography could influence emotions and decisions. Later, this curiosity evolved into a serious inquiry into how brands are built, how they endure, and why certain ones resonate more deeply than others. In this convergence of design and business, I found not only a career but a calling.
Solutions and Achievements Delivered to the Market: Bracom Agency has developed a comprehensive, research-driven approach to branding. Our process combines market analysis, consumer psychology, storytelling, and aesthetic execution to create design systems that are not only beautiful but functional and enduring. Our services include:
+ Brand Identity Design: Developing logos, visual systems, and brand manuals that align with the company’s mission and voice.
+ Packaging Design: Crafting packaging that enhances perceived value and improves shelf visibility while staying true to the brand ethos.
+ Creative Consultancy: Providing strategic advice on brand positioning, rebranding, and visual communication planning.
Among our most notable achievements is the branding work for Cô Chung, a Vietnamese restaurant chain that has successfully differentiated itself in a saturated F&B market through its nostalgic yet contemporary identity. We have also collaborated with emerging startups to develop their initial brand presence and helped established companies rejuvenate their outdated visuals to match evolving market expectations. The value we bring goes beyond design deliverables; we equip our clients with the tools and clarity they need to communicate consistently, grow confidently, and resonate authentically with their audiences. Challenges and Obstacles Along the Journey: Like most entrepreneurial journeys, mine has not been without its share of difficulties.
One of the primary challenges I faced was educating the market on the value of strategic design. In the early stages, many business owners viewed branding as a secondary concern—something to be addressed only after their operations or sales systems were in place. Convincing them that branding should be integrated into their foundational business strategy required not only persuasive communication but also consistent demonstration of results. Another significant challenge was building and retaining a multidisciplinary creative team. In a field that demands both artistic sensitivity and strategic rigor, assembling the right talent has always required a balance of vision, patience, and leadership.
Over the years, I have learned that nurturing a strong organizational culture is just as important as nurturing creativity itself. Additionally, as the company grew, I was confronted with the reality that creative leadership alone was insufficient. I needed to develop a deeper understanding of finance, operations, and organizational development—skills that design school never taught but that entrepreneurship inevitably demanded.
